1st time bought, 1st time want to try.
ceylon cinnamon stick, not so tasty.. very bland, even after soaking overnight, the color is brownish not totally dark brown.
hopefully this powder can really makes my sugar decrease.
haven't try yet, need to check instructions as pkt only show ingredient!
