1. How do I know I am not allergic to your product?

We recommend patch testing products before first use - apply a small amount to your inner arm and leave for 24 hours. If there is no reaction, the product is likely safe.

2. What is the shelf-life of your products?

For best quality, we recommend using our natural products within 6 months of opening. The best before date is printed on the bottom of each item - it is 2 years from the manufacturing date. Please refer to this for an indication of freshness and expected shelf life.

3. Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

Coconut Matter has done thorough testing to make sure our products can withstand all types of weather. However, If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it may result in a crystallisation, and/or thicker or thinner texture. It will not impact the product’s efficacy. It is recommended that you use the products 6 months after opening for best product quality!
