Poor customer service. Long response times, requiring multiple platform contacts. Order cancelled twice (out of stock, delayed shipping). Despite this, I gave them a third chance. No sample vials (as advertised) were included. Biased? Wonder if its due to my persistent attempts to get replies 🤷♀️
