This vacuum cleaner is meant to suck up dust/ loose hairs. You can test it with baby powder/ flour/ loose hair strands.
Please do not try to suck large items like A4 paper or big plastic bags. It is not meant for such uses and for sure will not "work well" if tested with such items!
