[Qwerky] Dusty Pink Semi-Permanent Conditioning Hair Dye Mixology Look

To get the look, start with a base of Suck It Up Colour Locking Hair Mask and add in a tiny bit of Barbie until you see your desired saturation of pastel pink in the mixture. To make the colour "dusty", add in a tiny bit of Blackforest at a time. Adjust the amount of Barbie and Blackforest added depending on how pink and dusty you want your colour to be. Do a strand test before dyeing your whole head to ensure you like the colour. 

* Pastel looks do not last as long so you may want to start with a more saturated shade and let it fade to your desired colour over time. For quick colour touch ups, you can prep a slightly more pigmented version of the dusty pink mixture and use it in the shower to help maintain your pastel colour for longer! Lasting Power: 10 - 20 washes (depends on amount of Barbie and Blackforest added)

Mid Back: 1 Barbie + 1 Blackforest + 2 Mask

Waist: 1 Barbie + 1 Blackforest + 3 Mask Things to Note: Do avoid the skin when applying the hair dyes as it will cause staining. The colour will also bleed when your hair is wet, especially for the first few washes so do dry your hair after showering and use dark coloured clothes and towels. STEP BY STEP:

1: PREP

Bleach your hair to achieve the most vibrant results. Make sure your hair is clean and dry before moving on to the next steps

2: SECTION

Divide hair into 4 sections & secure with alligator claw clips.

3: DYE

Take smaller sections of hair & apply the dyes generously with a brush or with your hands (while wearing gloves)

4: DEVELOPMENT TIME

Wait 30-60 minutes

6: RINSE

Rinse with lukewarm water and dry your hair with a dark coloured towel. Dry your hair and see the full vibrancy of your new hair colour

It is normal for the colour to bleed especially in the first few washes. Staining may also occur on skin and surfaces. Do use dark coloured towels and wear dark coloured clothes when stepping out of the shower.
