Product is great. Value for money. Cushion is okay at least u don’t feel the base of the chair seat. Definitely cannot compare to the level of $500 chairs. Product is 5 stars but the packing of the item is severely lacking. No bubble wrap whatsoever. Just happy mine was not damaged
