Today just received my laptop its was in very good condition and well packed. The laptop look nice and the screen was big enough. The seller also very friendly, I got some questions and they replied my msg very fast too. This laptop is really value of money compared to other good brand.

Delivery was fast. Item arrived after 2-3 days after ordered. However, was told to have free gift such as mouse and headphones and etc.. but do not have any. To me, start up is considered fast. Hope this can last for few years.

Work as intended. I wouldn't say it's very fast but it's sufficient for daily work and study purpose. Full keyboard with number keypad is a surprise. Comes with a laptop sleeve.

Seller mentioned that item is brand new but looks used. Say get wireless mouse but give diff mouse. Got windows 11 pro, Ms office installed.

Good buy for basic usage, light weight with big screen. But do note that the graphics may not be very sharp and the camera do not have any built in shutter. Reasonable pricing.

Laptop is working fine. Very disappointing with the delivery. Product came at night while I am at home and the dispatch just left outside my house w/o knocking the door nor no notification. Only the next morning I found is outside before leaving for work. Seller has to be awared.

Bought the laptop and use within 24hrs, it started to blink the pink screen. Sent to the service centre and told me is a OS issue. Best part is i was told because i am the unlucky want. Thank you X-Pro and good luck to those getting a new laptop.
