Received both the Picotin and Kelly in good condition. But I found the accessories like the scarves and bag charms for Kelly to be a bit cheap looking.

It should be real leather but definitely not oem for hermes.
1. lock workmanship very subpar.
2.the bottom of the bag l able to see where the leather was cut. The real picotin is seamless
3. inside of the bag, u can see the stitching of the threads on the base. Real one wouldnt be able to see
