Hello Bubble Foam Hair Primer
•An ammonia free DIY hair primer with an abundance of foam for easy application! Formulated with Secret Magic Oil & low peroxide to tone up your hair color while leaving hair soft. This is an essential step to achieving a vivid hair color using Hello Bleach Primer Bubble, followed by your choice of Hello Bubble shade.
How to use:
- Put on the gloves and the cape. Open Solution 2 and add all of Solution 1 and Solution 3 Double Bonding Ampoule. Close the cap tightly with the pump.
- Gently swirl the bottle about 20 times in circular motions until the content is mixed well.
- Apply the foam just like shampoo on your hair evenly and leave on for 30 minutes then rinse off with water thoroughly.
