ADVANTAGES OF OUR CAKE FILM :
Our cake film is 0.125mm thickness (much thicker compared to regular 0.08mm which is more commonly sold)
Use this to add height to your cake, and to create a neater cake edge when decorating. You can also use it to form a cake-shape on non-cake products such as macarons, cookies, or other pastries etc.
Also suitable for doing chocolate decorations, your chocolate decor pieces will peel off easily from this film
We have tested this Semi-Hard plastic film and it is able to stand unsupported
However for taller cakes do use it with a cake ring or pan for stronger support before pouring in your mousse,
no tape on film hence adjustable to any pan size.
You may use a Cake pan or ring that is of much lower height.
When used to lined a cake ring, your cake will look neat with lesser airholes on its sides when the film is removed.
