Once I opened the bag, there is one fishy smell. and I see the bag buckle there is stain and scratches. Isn’t this new and unused why there is stain, smell and scratches? I asked for a refund/return and got rejected? Don’t understand.

The bag is really soft and quite spacious. Able to fit a short wallet, hand phone, wet tissues, tissues, hand sanitizer, air pods, lipstick small perfume. Good buy! However the straps cannot be made into a short shoulder strap bag. It’s mid length or slightly longer for cross body bag.
