My previous purchase of the M size effectively improved my posture; however, the underarm area proved uncomfortable due to folding. I have subsequently purchased the L size, which provides a better underarm fit, but lacks the necessary compression for adequate back support.

Well received. Seller was nice to accommodate my request of a M size for the free strap. Feels comfortable to wear. It does hold my back up and doesn’t feels uncomfortable unlike those with a strap that needs to tighten at the tummy area
