Received the item but missing out another nut, I can't tighten the bolt with the handle to the board. Is it possible to get me the missing but for me to tighten it with the handle with the board. Else I had paid extra for the handle but is useless.

It wait a while to heat up and it also not stable when you put your wok or pot on it. I rather use without this, my cooking oil heat up very fast. DISAPPOINTED ! Waste of money.
