very shiok itsy bitsy never disappoints 😋 salmon slices were thick and well marinated in the slightly shoyuzike sauce, super shiok!! first time trying the ebi and IT WAS SO GOOD i was impressed by the size of the ebi and the texture was mindblowing 🤯 repeated purchase and will always recommend!!

Garlic truffle was surprisingly yummy and I prefer this over the the original, perhaps because of how the salmon is cut in strips rather than slices as well. Haven't opened the hotate yet but had it before and it's very yummy.

Founded in 2021, ItsyBitsySpicy specializes in shoyuzuke, a traditional Japanese technique that involves pickling sashimi in soy sauce. The process of shoyuzuke marinating sashimi in a homemade soy sauce for at least 24 hours results in a unique flavor profile that is sweet, savory, and umami all at once. The shoyuzuke sashimi is then conveniently sold in jars, allowing customers to enjoy it at home.
The business idea was conceived by Emily Tan and her husband, Kenneth. They later collaborated with a chef who has over 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine to help bring their vision to life. Their motivation to start the business was further propelled by the impact of COVID-19, which significantly affected their full-time jobs.
We offer our shoyuzuke in 7 different seafood variations:
Salmon Bonito
Salmon Yuzu
Tako Bonito
Ebi Bonito
Hotate

Cream Cheese
Garlic Truffle
Pre-Order and Shipping Information:
All orders are on a pre-order basis, as we only use fresh seafood for each batch.
The shipping fee covers one shipment per product based on the listed shipping date.
If you order products with different shipping dates, you can either combine them into one shipment or pay an additional $6 for separate deliveries.
Example:
If Product A has a shipping date of November 10th and Product B has a shipping date of November 12th, these will require separate shipments due to the differing shipping dates.
