Sidr (Jujube) Honey is derived from the nectar of the flowers from the Zizyphus Jujuba (Jujube/Sidr) Tree which also has different names for different countries; Bari/Ber tree [Pak/India], ZufZuuf tree [Morocco], Buckthorn/Jujube tree [Arabia/China], Hunnap tree [Turkey], Henap tree [Bulgaria] and Annub tree [Lebanon].
