Legendairy’s Sunflower Lecithin comes from an organic source, and within each capsule the lecithin is not diluted with any carrier oil. What you get is the purest and most effective treatment in the market for clog ducts.
If you find a cheaper option it’s likely mixed with “fillers”. We have the purest lecithin guaranteed!

Once milk gets backed up in the breast, it can quickly become engorged, and if left untreated, develop into the dreaded mastitis.
Organic Sunflower Lecithin is a natural fat emulsifier that can help to reduce the "stickiness" of the milk and deter fats from clumping together. It may also loosen existing fatty clogs and improve milk flow.
DOSAGE : clogged duct you can take 2 caps 3-4 hourly until resolve.
2 caps morning and night if very prone to clog duct.
1 caps morning and night for general maintenance.
Please take note, this is our only NON-Halal PRODUCT.
The capsule is made of beef gelatine.
The oil itself is Halal. In case you want to open up the capsule and consume the oil on its own.
However, best to go for the Liquid Sunflower Lecithin version if Halal certification in required
