Product came dirty, have many Black patches and scratches, not sure if mine was a display set. FYI, I have already tried my best to clean and remove the marks. 😪 I have more photos to post but Tiktok only limited to 6 images. Disappointed with their delivery service as well.

The luggage seems to be used before. As the parcel arrived with seal tape partially opened and when unbox the plastic bag did not fully covered the luggage. Most disappointed is the wheels are very dirty. This is very different experience as compared to last time when purchased the 24” trunk. 😕

Purchased during live, host mentioned warranty is 10 years on shell exterior, 3 years on other parts (zippers etc). Received without warranty card, and staff is now saying there is no warranty for this model. Make looks kinda flimsy tbh, not sure if it'll survive trips. Don't waste money like i did.
