Direction of Use:

For general health maintenance: 1 capsule daily. Take after dinner or before bedtime.

Taking with VesseCLEAR CX:

Take 1 (brown) Gamma Oryzanol ORYZA GAMMAX capsule after lunch.

Take 1 (brown) Gamma Oryzanol ORYZA GAMMAX capsule after dinner.

Take 1 (white) Nattokinase NSK-SD capsule and 1 VesseCLEAR EX capsule before bedtime.
