Singtel $15 hi! Prepaid SIM Card

️️- To retain this SIM for more than 30 days, Re-Registration is required via Singtel hi!App or Physical Retail Shop.

️️- Do take note that 1 identification document only allows for a total of 3 registration of Prepaid SIM Cards across all telcos. 

️️- Choosing of Mobile Number is not allowed. Mobile Number will be randomly sent.

 

SIM card Registration:

1. New SIM card purchase from this platform must be registered no later than 7 Days from date of receival, or it will be terminated️.

2. No refund or exchange allowed when card is terminated.

3. Selection of Mobile Number is not available.

Registration using Passport (available for Non Singaporean only): Data-only service enabled, need to perform re-registration to retain SIM card for more than 30 days.

Registration using Singpass: Data, Voice, SMS services enabled, do not need to perform re-registration to retain SIM card for more than 30 days.

 

SIM card Re-Registration:

1. To retain this SIM for more than 30 days, re-registration is required via Singtel hi!App or Physical Retail Shop.

Via Singtel hi!App: Download and re-register your SIM on hi!App in Singapore within thirty (30) days of your new SIM registration with Singpass only.

Via Physical Retail Shop: Customer may visit any Singtel Shop, selected Singtel Exclusive Retailers or selected Prepaid authorised retailers with Singpass or original Singapore-issued ID (Identity Card / Work permit) within thirty (30) days of your new SIM registration.

Failure to re-register within this timeframe will result in suspension of the passport-registered Prepaid Card without prior notice, and no refunds will be provided for any suspended Prepaid Cards.
