Please note that we are happy to accept your return in exchange for store credits only. However do note that:
•All items must be sent back to us in their original condition - in the same plastic packaging, unworn, unwashed, unscented and unaltered, with all HVV labels and tags fully intact
•Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns
•All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from when you received the item
•A $2.00 processing fee will be deducted for each returned product
•Original shipping fee and return shipping fee (to have the item sent to us) will not be reimbursed
