How to Use Musk Deer (Kasturi Kijang) According to the Sunnah and Islamic Medicine.

1. Facing the Qibla

2. Smear a little musk essence on the wrist or on the palm of the hand.

3. Then rub counterclockwise.

4. While praying, recite Al-Fatihah 1x, verse Kursi 1x.

5. Then rub on both sides of the earlobes, both sides of the eyebrows and the left right of the neck are also worn.

Based on studies made by Islamic scholars especially Imam Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah R.A. and Islamic physicians, then musk was found to have many benefits. Most significantly it gives strength to the spiritual. Fragrance is a spiritual food, while musk is fragrant and the best of fragrances. Therefore, let us not oppress the spirit by letting it smell something foul.In addition, do not forget to perform prayers, remembrance and recite the Qur'an every day. These practices are the essential food of the spirit to strengthen and renew the faith.

According to Imam Syafie R.A. that among the things that can strengthen the physical body is by smelling fragrant scents (such as musk).From 'A'ishah ra, "A woman asked the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam about how to bathe from menstruation. He then ordered the woman how to bathe. He said:" Take a piece of cotton given musk and purify yourself. "The woman asked," How to bathe. Am I clean? He replied: "Be clean with that cotton!" The woman said again, "How can I be pure?" He said: "Be clean by using that cotton!" The woman asked again, "How do I do that?" So He said, "Subhaanallah. Purify yourselves!" Then I pulled the woman towards me, and I said, "You wipe the rest of her blood with that cotton." (HR al-Bukhari) Many are accustomed to hearing or have heard of it but never know what and where it comes from. That's musk. Whatever fragrance, fragrance and goodness will be associated with musk. The above are among the hadiths of the Prophet s.a.w. which mentions about musk.
