Magnesium oil is a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride in water. It helps relieve aches, improve mood and reduce tension-related stress. Apply 5-10 sprays to clean area of concern and massage into skin. Allow to absorb for 30 mins before washing off. Slight sensation may occur during the first few applications which is common but should dissipate with continuous usage. For sensitive skin, dilute in a bath 15-20 sprays of magnesium oil.
