Sandal arrived well packed but all the sandal edges are torn luckily edges of sandal are soft but still it cut the sides of the skin ankle during walking and causing bruises to the skin.

Delivery timeliness is ok esp when it's being shipped from overseas. Shoes very soft and comfy. I went 1 size bigger then my normal size. Only thing is the strong rubbery smell, I am going to air it for a few days and see how. So strong that I can't wear out immediately
