INFORMATION

• Matcha powder is insoluble in water. There are some Matcha products which are soluble in water, such products are treated with Dextrine, an additive to make the powder dissolve in water. Being ORGANIC, we DO NOT add any additives, artificial coloring, preservatives.

• We strongly recommend ORGANIC, because you are consuming the whole leaf, so you would not want any chemicals such as synthetic fertilizers or pesticides in your body.

• Organic Matcha tends to be a little less vibrant in color, due to the fertilizer used. Chemical fertilizers are more potent as they perform much faster to pump the plants full of nutrients, while ORGANIC fertilizers take months. The flavor and color of Organic Matcha is slightly altered because organic fertilizers do not have the “instant effect” that chemical fertilizers have. So we do not compare the color between Organic and Non-Organic Matcha.
