Items look good no yet try

I’m disappointed when I received my 4pcs non-stick pan today and one of them (30cm pot), the handle has been broken, while the rest have no issue when checking the items. Can you kindly look into this matter and reply soon? Thanks

The service recovery team was bad. They took whole day just to reply to my defect item. And I have to constantly ask them for response. On such defect, they offered 3SGD. I would much rather they replace the whole lid. Told them and now they don't even respond. Bad service
