Not sure about the product effectiveness but in the live it was mentioned buy 2 get 3. When I didn't received 3 i chked with CS then they told me i did not select the correct option to get the 2+1 free.
If my math didn't fail $28.80x2=$57.60 & not $67.20. So the 3rd pc is discounted not free.

Frequency and Direction of Use:

3. Using your ring finger, which applies the least pressure, dab the cream gently around your eye area. Begin at the inner corner of your eye and move outwards towards the temples. Be sure to cover both the under-eye area and any crow's feet.
4. Once applied, softly pat and blend the cream into your skin using gentle tapping motions. Continue until the cream is fully absorbed.
