This is a Non-stick Baking tray that is suitable for baking cookies, swiss roll, bread buns, or toasting nuts & seeds or as a base for setting your cupcakes etc. It is also good as an extra layer underneath our other pans to prevent bottom browning too fast and to reduce bottom heat if your oven does not have an individual setting for adjusting bottom heat.
