All pans are deep cake pans and can be used to make sponge cakes, pound butter cakes, cheesecakes or mousse cakes too.
All bottoms are removable hence there is no risk of cake being stuck inside pan.
To remove cake, run a sharp knife by the sides of the pan. Push up the bottom and cake comes out from pan.
For purchase of chiffon cake tube attachment, this is just an add-on, purchase of original pan is still required to convert it to a chiffon cake pan.
