 Optimal Steeping:

- 1 Teabag per steep – 180ml Cup

- 95°C – 100°C Water

- 3-5 Minutes

- Between 2-3 steeps per teabag

Our EARL GREY is sourced from estate teas in Sri Lanka, where some of the best teas are grown.

We are particular about selecting from high grown tea estates which have the right elevation, environment and soil condition that produce the rich quality and taste of each tea leaf.

 Aroma, Taste, and Color

High grown black teas are honey-golden and light in color and has distinct flavour and strength.

When freshly brewed the tea infuses into a nice golden orange color that is aromatic and irresistible.

Serve this preferably in a pot, for Afternoon Tea with creamed cakes, orange biscuits, and/or mini croquettes to good friends and family.

 Packaging

We use double chamber tea bags with string & tag, for better steeping and convenient use, for that quick cup in the morning or the office pantry. Fine filter bags allow for better infusion with hot water and results in better tasting tea

 Expiry of the Tea

Black tea lasts way beyond 36-30 months, but for the best optimal taste and aroma, we recommend use before 24 months from the date of production.

Black tea leaves only "age" and they do not deteriorate or ferment if kept in proper dry storage.
