INGREDIENTS
Sea water, purified water.
DIRECTIONS
•Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
•Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
•Press briefly for daily hygiene and for a few seconds to irrigate. Let any excess solution run out then blow your nose.
•Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
•Clean the nostril with soapy water, rinse and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day in each nostril as required or as needed.
