Kimchi - Fermented vegetable soup base Korean instant noodles, THE Korea national dish, boasts a combination of spicy, tangy and umami flavors packed in a hot bowl of hearty noodle soup.
The soup base combines sweetness from assorted vegetables & the umami taste of seafood broth. This traditional dish can be dated back to 1590s during the mid-Joseon era, and have since transformed into one of the most common noodle soup dish in Korean cuisine.
Rabokki - A traditional ramyeon dish that is coated with sweet & spicy tteokbokki sauce (rice cake dish stir-fried in a sweet-spicy gochujang), paired Korean instant noodles, for foodies with a love for spicy food. It is every Korean’s go-to comfort street food commonly sold in Bunsikjip (snack bars).
Perfect this dish by customising it with your favourite toppings such as hard-boiled eggs or tteokbokki, or simply eat it by itself. The product comes with pre-packed chives, chili rings & toasted sesame seeds condiments.
Cooking Tips: Try mixing the Rabokki seasoning with 3-4 tablespoons of water to get a tastier & silkier sauce consistency.
Jjamppong - A popular spicy noodle topped with spicy seafood soup base for foodies with savoury taste buds with a love for anything seafood. The combination of red, hot and thick seafood broth, accompanied with premium chewy Korean noodles is the go-to dish for gourmets.
Maeun Beoseos - Spicy mushroom soup base Korea instant noodles, for foodies with a love for spicy food and prefer some chewiness to elevate texture. The product comes with pre-packed mushroom cubes, chives, seaweed & chili rings condiments.
Cooking Tips: The boiled noodle water contains important flavours that are specially curated to blend well with the seasoning, which enhances the overall richness of the broth base. We do not recommend replacing the boiled noodle water with clear hot water.
Miyeok Guk - A traditional seaweed soup base Korea instant noodle dish for foodies with savoury taste buds. The recipe is formulated to be as authentic as possible to it’s Korean roots. Made with the signature DAEBAK Ramensari noodle cake recipe, this ramyeon is specially moulded into Asian meal portions, perfect for customising with your favorite toppings (like rice cakes, scallions, sundubu or meat slices), and is delicious by itself as well.
