Thaw the beef meltique striploin from freezer . After thawing, pat dry the striploin and season with salt and pepper (to taste) for 20 - 30mins at room temperature. In a preheated pan (Medium Flame), add in 2tsp of oil and after the oil is hot add 2-3tbsp of butter and 1 garlic clove and herbs (optional). After the butter has melted, pan-fry the striploin for about 3 mins on each side (after flipping it, brush it with a generous amount of melted butter).
