A: Yes, using oil is essential while cooking, it provides a protective layer for the cookware. Dry heating the cookware can harm the ceramic coating over time. Neoflam cookware allows for reduced oil usage while cooking. Remember to add oil before heating up the cookware.

Q: Can I cook at high temperatures?

A: No, Neoflam cookware is highly thermal efficient. Cooking at high temperatures can lead to overcooking and potential sticking issues. We recommend using low to medium heat.

Q: Can I use metal kitchen utensils

A: No, using metal utensils can damage the ceramic coating on the cookware. We recommend non-abrasive alternatives like silicone and wood for Neoflam cookware.

-The wooden knob for the silicone rim glass lid (20cm) is packed individually within the same product packaging box

-Do not place glass lid and detachable handle into the oven. Maximum recommended temperature, 150°C.

-We will recommend to use the pan protector mat between the cookware when stacking them for storage.
