Maybe you, like everyone else, struggle with negativity and complaining most of the time.
Just like fish are not aware of the existence of water around them, people are not aware of the existence of air. Even if you hear or make complaints yourself, you may not be aware of the existence of complaints at all. Complaining is a part of our lives, and it is difficult for us to distinguish what is and what is not a complaint.
Webster's Dictionary defines "complaint" as: an expression of sadness, pain, or dissatisfaction.
According to this interpretation, we know that complaints are made by people. Many people who do not complain about activities for 21 daysFanatic followers move their bracelets when they have negative thoughts. This approach is questionable, since we have approximately 70,000 thoughts every day, and trying to monitor our thoughts is bound to be futile. Instead of doing this, it is better to try this simpler and more effective method: stop complaining, and your thoughts will become positive.
Think of it this way: your mind is the producer and your mouth is the consumer. Producers (minds) create negative thoughts and consumers (mouths) buy those negative thoughts when they complain.
If consumers no longer buy the products provided by the manufacturer, the manufacturer will undoubtedly reorganize equipment and adjust the product production structure. When you stop complaining about something you think is wrong and start expressing your gratitude or expressing your wishes, you are actually forcing the manufacturer (the mind) to develop and produce new products.
When you make a vow to only speak positive things from now on, your mind becomes more sensitive to the positive things in your life and uses them as raw material to produce positive thoughts. In this way, the basic focus of your mind will change. You'll focus more on what you desire, and that's important: you'll attract more of what you desire in your life. And when you shift your focus from the bad to the good in your life, you actually reduce the chances of bad things happening.
What you call reality changes. It sounds weird, but it's true.
Complaints differ from statements of fact in that they express different energies. "It's so hot today" is a statement of fact. If you let out a long sigh after saying "It's so hot today," that's a complaint. Eckhart TolleHart Tolle summed it up this way in his book A New Earth: A New Earth:
Informing others of their mistakes and shortcomings in order to help them correct them cannot be confused with complaining. We dont have to tolerate bad qualities and behaviors just to avoid complaining. Tell the waiter that your soup is cold and needs to be heated - as long as you focus on objective facts, there will be no egocentric issues. "How dare you bring me cold soup..." This is a complaint.
People emit negative energy when they complain. Most of the complaints were along the lines of "This is so unfair!" or "How could this happen to me " It's as if the complainer was hurt by an action or person and complained back.
A Bosnian e-mailed me sadly and said that his country was known for one thing, "war," and that he wanted his country to be known for not complaining. He said: "I have never managed to go 21 consecutive days without complaining. I always seem to hit a bottleneck on the fourth day, so I have to start from the beginning over and over again. Although I have not succeeded, I feel that I have become Are you happier if you dont complain
After reading this email, I couldn't help but laugh out loud.
In this email, he talks about being happy as if it were a side effect of not complaining. Maybe I should write on our website and on the cover of my book: "Please note: not complaining may make you involuntarily happy!"
In the feedback from people who have taken the challenge of not complaining, we often see this information: Although they have not yet achieved 21 consecutive days of not complaining, many people have found that they have become happier.
This kind of happiness is spontaneous, because it is easier for happy people to express happiness than for people who are sad all day long.Make friends with positive people, have enjoyable experiences and attract more good opportunities. As a result, they become happier, which in turn attracts more good things...and this virtuous cycle continues, and people continue to become happier.
