How often can my child consume it?
•1 pack of Smarty Brain Herbal Soup
•1 Black Chicken or Chicken Thigh or Toufu
•1 Carrot
•1 Tomato
•Some Kelp (optional)
•1-1.5 litre water
•Blanch the chicken thigh and set aside.
•Add 1-1.5 litre of water and cut ingredients into preferred pot.
•Cook over recommended duration.
•Add wolfberries 10 minutes before it’s ready to serve.
•Slow cooker: 3 hours
•Direct fire: 1 hour
•Pressure cooker: 30mins
