Take fresh shrimp paste, water chestnut, add in seasoning and mix well. Form the paste into a ball shape and dip evenly on the crispy flower grain.
Oil temperature recommendation: 60 Degree Celsius
Deep fried for 3-4minutes and take it out, you may dip the cooked product with any sauce that you prefer and it is ready to be served.
