Product description
Teh Sarbat, as it is popularly known as in Singapore – is a type of strong pulled black tea mixed with milk and flavoured with ginger.
Steps to make one mug of tea:
Boil 200ml of water. (Optional) boil with 1 pandan leaf and 1 cardamom.
Add 1 full tablespoon of Ummi’s tea powder into boiling water.
After 1 minute, sift the tea into the mug.
Add in 2 tablespoons of condensed milk & 100ml of carnation milk.
Stir well & serve!
