This product is certified halal.
A hawker classic with a sweet and savoury twist – Black Carrot Cake. Perfectly caramelised and bursting with flavour.
•Radish cake stir-fried in sweet soy sauce with egg, preserved radish, and crispy fried shallots, creating a rich, smoky finish.
•Topped with fresh spring onions for an added burst of aroma and flavour.
Steam or microwave for a quick and satisfying bite. Best enjoyed with chili for extra heat!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Do not thaw.
Microwave (800W):
•Remove the outer sleeve from the frozen meal.
•Peel back the plastic seal slightly to allow steam to escape.
•Place the meal in the microwave.
•Heat on medium (800W) for 4 minutes 30 seconds.
•Let it sit for 1 minute before consuming.
Steaming Method:
•Remove the outer sleeve and plastic seal completely.
•Place the frozen meal in a steamer or on a heatproof plate suitable for steaming.
•Cover with lid and steam for 10 minutes.
•Serve and enjoy!
