This product is certified halal.
A hawker classic that never goes out of style – White Carrot Cake. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with umami goodness.
•Radish cake fried with egg, preserved radish, and crispy fried shallots for a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
•Finished with a sprinkle of fresh spring onions for an aromatic touch.
Air-fry for a crispy touch or microwave for a quick and delicious bite. Best enjoyed with chilli for an extra kick!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Do not thaw.
Microwave (800W):
•Remove the outer sleeve from the frozen meal.
•Peel back the plastic seal slightly to allow steam to escape.
•Microwave on medium (800W) for 4 minutes 30 seconds.
•Let it cool slightly before serving.
Air Fryer (180°C):
•Remove the outer sleeve and plastic seal completely.
•Transfer the carrot cake from the plastic tray to the air fryer basket.
•Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
•Serve and enjoy!
