ITP Foods' Penang Assam Laksa blend is a ready-to-use paste that allows for the creation of authentic Penang Assam Laksa without the need for additional ingredients. To prepare the soup, simply pour the paste into a pot and add 1300ml of water. While the soup simmers, prepare the noodles and vegetables. Once ready, simply pour the cooked soup over the noodles.
To enhance the flavor of the soup, the seller suggests adding a can of sardine or tuna while cooking. The product is 100g/pack and suitable for 2-3 servings. It is recommended to store the product in a cool or dry place or in the refrigerator after opening.
The ingredients of the product include water, Vietnamese coriander, palm olein, sugar, fish powder, salt, tomato paste, chicken stock, Vietnamese coriander paste, torch ginger flower paste, tamarind paste, seasoning powder, shallots, chili powder, lemongrass, galangal, shrimp paste, citric acid (E330) as permitted acidity regulator, turmeric powder, natural flavor, and permissible flavor enhancer (E631, E627, E640) and antioxident (E321, E471, palm olein).
