Product description
Sweet mashed green bean paste fried in a crispy flour batter.
Fry:
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat (approx. 160°C)
2. Fry fritters directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the fritters, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt).
3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown.
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place fritters in air fryer or oven without thawing
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over the fritters.
3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.

1. We deliver island-wide in Singapore, excluding Pulau Ubin and off-shore islands.
2. We deliver daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
3. Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.
