Made with fresh black pepper, the sauce delivers a tantalising blend of bold, zesty heat and deep, savoury richness, with a touch of sweetness. A sauce that is both complex and utterly irresistible.
Perfect for stir-frying seafood (black pepper crab anyone?) and meat. Each bottle can cook up to 4 to 6 crabs (depending on the size of the crabs). You can also cook with other seafood (prawns, crayfish, etc) or meat (beef, chicken, etc). Cook in 3 simple steps:
•Add garlic and oil
•Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Black Pepper Sauce
•Add seafood/meat with a bit of water, stir fry till dry
Always stir the sauce in the bottle well before use as the black pepper grounds may form sediments at the bottom of the bottle. Avoid adding ginger as it will mask the fragrance of the pepper.
Key ingredients: Black pepper, oyster sauce, cooking oil and sugar. No pork, no lard.
Important handling instructions
1. Refrigeration optional.
2. Best consumed within 3 months after opening.
