Nature’s Superfoods’ Organic Cold-Pressed Sacha Inchi Seed Oil is made from the seeds of the Sacha Inchi plant that is organically grown. It has one of the highest contents of Omega 3 (45-53%) and Omega 6 (34-39%) fats amongst all vegetable oils with an ideal balance between the Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.

Sacha Inchi Oil also contains Omega 9 fats and a high concentration of Vitamin E specifically gamma and delta tocopherols. Due to the high content of tocopherols, it does not require additives or preservatives to maintain its freshness and stability through time, i.e. it has a long shelf life.

4) Use it as cooking oil for medium-heat recipes. Our Sacha Inchi Oil has a high smoke point of 491ºF/255ºC. Stir-fries are fine.
