Product description
- Descaling removes the mineral scale build-up that forms on the heating element of all coffee equipment.
- Dezcal Descaling Powder is odor free and rinses away thoroughly.
- How often should I use Dezcal? Descale your coffee or espresso machine every 3 months; more frequently if you use your machine more than twice a day.
- We are an SG Based Company. All items are already in Singapore and we send them out to you within 24 working hours.
Instructions:
1. Dissolve 1 packet (28g) of Dezcal Descaling Powder into 32oz (1 liter) of lukewarm water.
2. Pour the descaling solution into the machine's water reservoir.
3. Brew a full tank of the descaling solution and discard.
4. Refill the water tank with fresh water and brew a full tank.
5. Repeat step 4 at least 2 more times to clear the machine of any descaling solution.
Cleaning vs Descaling
Cleaning is the process of removing the coffee oils that will affect the taste that you want from your carefully selected coffee beans. Descaling is the process of removing the mineral build-up from the heating elements in the machine. Regular descaling will help extend the life of the machine and maintain consistent temperature.
