Fan Zeng (July 5,1938) , male, Han Chinese. Nantong people, the word Ten Wings, Chinese portrait painter, calligrapher. He is now a China Artists Association member, Chinese National Academy of Arts professor, researcher, tenured professor and professor of Nankai University, and tutor of the school of Chinese culture of Peking University. He is the honorary dean of the Shandong University Art Institute and the “Special Adviser on multiculturalism” of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
