Song Yugui (September 1940-may 2017) , a native of Linyi Province in Shandong province, moved to the northeast, Han nationality, university degree, member of the Democratic Revolution Party, and graduated from the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts Painting Department. Since childhood with his mother to learn painting, alias Rain Ghost, the original Northern School of landscape painting techniques, good at Chinese painting, printmaking. Known as“The first contemporary Chinese landscape painting”, enjoy the state council government special subsidies. He passed away on May 15,2017.
