Shi Guoliang, contemporary painter. He was born in 1956 and graduated from the graduate class of the Department of Chinese painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1980. He studied under Jiang Zhaohe, Huang Zhou and Zhou Sicong, he is a national first-class artist, a member of the China Artists Association, and a Visiting Professor of the Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts and Capital Normal University Arts. His work “Carved sutra” won the 23rd Monte Carto International Modern Art Award and was awarded by the Ministry of Culture.
