Huo Chunyang, (1946 -) art educator, famous painter and calligrapher. A native of Qingyuan, Hebei Province, he graduated from the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts School in 1969 and has been teaching in the school ever since. He has long been the chairman and professor of the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts Chinese Painting Department. He is currently the director of the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts Art Museum, Professor of the Academy of Fine Arts and tutor of master's degree students, and vice-chairman of the Tianjin Artists Association, professor of Chinese National Academy of Arts, Professor, director of the Chinese Culture Development Association. He is also the professor and professor of Peking University, Tsinghua University, China National Academy of Painting University, Rongbaozhai and other universities and key art institutions.
